Another very simple recipe but with incredibly tasty results. These cookies come out nutty, chewy and with a crisp underside that will have you coming back for more!
Yields about 15-20 small, yet highly efficient cookies.

Ingredients
1 ½ cup rolled oats
6 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)
½ cup sunflower seed kernels
½ cup honey
½ cup sultanas (optional)
¼ cup dried chopped pitted cherries (optional)
Directions
Blend together well the tahini and honey
Toast sunflower kernels until slightly brown
Stir toasted sunflower kernels and oats into honey/tahini
Drop tablespoon-sized blobs of mixture onto oiled sheet pan
Bake at 350 °F for 10 minutes or until edges are brown
Let cool on baking sheet pan several minutes
Carefully remove to a cooling rack
The cookies will stick to the sheet pan pan if allowed to cool for too long. If that happens heat the pan a little in the oven before removing cookies.
